Griffin-Lloyd offers a wide variety of clay target shooting facilities to suit your needs whether you are an expert shot wishing to stay at the top of your game or a complete novice looking to try something new and exciting. Open seven days a week from 9.30 till 6 pm for practice and tuition by fully qualified instructors, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere either around the ground or in the comfortable wooden frame Clubhouse.

The shooting ground offers great facilities with a cosy wooden frame Clubhouse providing catering facilities, toilets, two wood burners and large car park.
20 SPORTING STANDS provide a variety of simulated game stands including springing teal, high pheasant, dropping crow, bolting rabbit. All 20 stands are connected by a gravel track so shooters have the option to walk or drive round. The sporting layout is located in a timber valley where traps are situated among the trees giving the shooter variety and challenging targets in natural conditions. Stands 1 to 10 offer challenging targets for all abilities. Stands 11 to 20 are more testing targets. The Claymate system throughout the Shooting Ground allows the shooter the full flexibility of not only solo shooting, but also the choice of targets, order and sequence on any of our 18 clay target sporting stands. All traps are fully automatic.

NEW GROUSE BUTT recreates the excitement of the Grouse Drive. A number of traps which offer great variations in speed and angles as well as a simulated grouse drive.
ENGLISH SKEET LAYOUT is also located in the timber valley. this discipline is good for both beginners and experienced shots.
TWO TRAP LAYOUTS under cover offering Olympic Trap (OT), Automatic Ball Trap (ABT) Universal Trap (UT) and aDown-the-Line (DTL) layout.
